Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Be in its original condition.
• Include all original tags and packaging.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns or exchanges for the following situations:

• Incorrect size ordered (exchange only, subject to stock availability).
• Incorrect colour ordered (exchange only, subject to stock availability).
• Defective or faulty product.
• Incorrect item received.
• Item damaged during delivery.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or colour are subject to product availability.

If your requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a change in size or colour preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• If the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged during delivery, 17Celsius will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to your original payment method. If this is not possible, we may offer store credit or another mutually agreed refund method.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after the return has been approved. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Worn, washed, or used items.
• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or normal wear.
• Sale or clearance items.
• Items returned without original tags or packaging.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• Your name.
• The reason for your return or exchange.
• Photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Your preferred replacement size or colour (if requesting an exchange).
